Todor Veltchev is born in 1968. He graduatedin physics from the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and recieved PhD degree in astrophysics in 2005. He currently works as Associate Professor in the Department of “Astronomy” of the Faculty of Physics in the same university and is doing research in the field of star formation.
Outside his professional activity, he is interested in theology, history, seriouHes cinema and the problems of civil society. As a member of association HARTA, Todor Veltchev lectures, takes part in public discussions and writes in the online magazine harta-bg.info.
